Job Description (organizer / assistant)
Introduction: (the Organizer) is the local partner who assist (the teacher) - and he is responsible for the implementation of all arrangements of the mosaic course in his country Dealing with complete professionalism with follows points:-
1 - Facilitate teacher's visit to his country during the course, Starting from preparation of the necessary documents to obtain a visa and accommodation and transfer down to the departure arrangements through the visit period.
2 - Booking and arranging the course Selecting the best places for the course's class (12 students) - taking into account the proximity of transportation, restaurants, housing the students who from other countries With make the necessary Advance agreements to get the best prices and discounts for all what it takes to successfully complete the course(The organizer must be quite familiar with the course's place and in the vicinity of his residence).
3 - Promotion and advertising Provide the suggestions for the best ways to advertise the course in his country, according to the culture of the people of the country and how their response with different ways of advertising (magazines, Newspapers, publications and flyers etc,) Within the Appropriate possibilities - Then - Take the necessary action after debate and ratification.
4 - Dealing in a professional manner with students who want to attend the courses Whether local or coming from other countries - to provide all information and data and dates on the place of the course - how and conditions of fees payment - to facilitate accommodation for them with all the instructions and maps it on how to access and the necessary alternatives.
5 - Find the best places to buy materials, tools and requirements for the course with good price - and then prepare all that is needed after approval
6 - Doing all necessary action during the course to keep the student's satisfaction.
7 - Maintaining the confidentiality of the Information and professional agreements for the course.
8 - All the emerging work and professional imperatives for the success of the course.
9 - The (Organizer / Assistant) will get Percentage - to be agreed upon in advance - of the net return of the course - After deducting (course expenses).
10 - Find the appropriate tools for student's safety and security's during the course (Protective glasses - First Aid Bag).
11 - Organize a ceremony dinner at the end of the course if the students so wish (each at his own expense)
Course Expenses:-
* - Expenses of the publications, propaganda, tools Explanation, pens, certificates and all necessary for the course.
* - The cost of necessary materials for the implementation of the course project - depending on the subject of the course and and the cost of the tools for students.
* - The cost of lunch for students, teacher and organizer (not including alcoholic).
* - The cost of daily drinks during the chorus (Tea - Coffee – Juices).
* - Expenses for (the teacher) from the arrive time to the course country ( accommodation and subsistence during the period referred to).
Notes:-
* - Tickets and aviation visa expenses be at the expense of the teacher from his share in the profit.
* - Any personal expenses such as gifts, cigarettes, alcoholic beverages and personal items outside cost.
* - Accommodation expenses cost for the organizer outside as he a resident in the same country and the course in the vicinity of his district.
* - The maximum number of students per course is 12 students, and the minimum is 10 students.
* - The organizer will get a certificate of appreciation at the end of each successful course as an qualified organizer.
